On September 19th 2024, HMRC made the announcement that they would be delaying the customs and parcel changes which were supposed to come into effect on September 30th 2024.
These changes will now come into effect on March 31st 2025.

Businesses are set for a smoother flow of goods between Great Britain and Northern Ireland with the upcoming implementation of the Windsor Framework. Announced by the government, these changes will take effect on March 31st, 2025, aimed at simplifying parcel and freight movement.
What You Need to Know:
Businesses using the Customs Declaration Service (CDS), Trader Support Service (TSS), or both, to manage GB-NI movements are particularly impacted.
